Under Armour, renowned for its cutting-edge products and world-famous brand ambassadors, recognised the UK as a key market for expanding its global presence. With their UK retail footprint previously limited to distribution within other retailers, the need for standalone brand stores became clear. Given our extensive track record supporting the roll-out of other global brands at retail, Under Armour approached us to support their UK ambitions.
Our approach began with workshops alongside the EMEA team to fully understand Under Armour’s brand, goals, and processes. By immersing ourselves in their vision, we were able to identify opportunities to add value and collaboratively shape the scope of the project. One of the key opportunities we identified was the introduction of feasibility studies. Leveraging our retail expertise, we conducted site assessments to ensure each location met Under Armour’s strategic and operational goals. This process added significant value, streamlining the store selection process and ensuring the retail expansion programme was built on solid foundations. Throughout our partnership, our focus has been on delivering not just physical stores but exceptional brand experiences that resonate with UK consumers.
