For nearly 15 years, we have partnered with P&O Ferries to elevate the onboard experience for passengers. From revitalising the interiors of older ships to implementing innovative wayfinding systems on the latest vessels, such as the P&O Liberté and Pioneer, our work has focused on creating customer-centred journeys. By working closely with customer-facing teams, we ensure every touchpoint reflects P&O’s commitment to quality and innovation. Our collaboration also extends to supporting P&O’s internal teams, where we’ve developed web portals that improve communication and operational delivery to help teams work more effectively.
For the two most recently-launched ships, we took the time to fully understand the wayfinding challenges, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to deliver a solution that complements the ship’s cutting-edge design. Throughout the process, we focused on balancing creativity with practical considerations, ensuring the results met time and budget constraints while exploring every possible improvement.
