Rescued from a scrapyard near London, this historic pocket liner is now being painstakingly restored in Glasgow by a dedicated charity, with the Princess Royal as patron. We have been working with the trustees of this exciting project to define the vision for what the interiors of this ship will look like in the future. The aim is for the TS Queen Mary to sail once more along the River Clyde and further afield.
After researching what life was originally like onboard the TS Queen Mary, we created a series of design proposals to show the experience 21st century passengers will be able to enjoy once restoration is complete. Our challenge is to balance honouring the rich heritage she is famous for, with a quality of design and facilities modern customers will expect. This long-term project has already made significant progress and we remain committed to supporting the TSQM team to deliver a world-leading leisure experience.
