ASICS FACTORY OUTLETS

We were commissioned to design the first ASICS Factory Outlet in Madrid several years ago, recognition of the fact that even these non-premium retail channels need to consistently convey core brand values and have competitive standout.


The fit-out needed to be durable and to appear premium, whilst being cost effective and straightforward enough to roll-out on a global scale

 

Modern factory outlet villages are the new high streets where competition is fierce. Core requirements were for easy personal shopping (ie. not being reliant on staff assistance), relatively high stock display, stock holding capacity and strong POS to inform the customer. Commercial objectives were also clear – fixtures and fit-out needed to be durable and to appear premium, whilst being cost effective and straightforward enough to roll-out on a global scale. The success of this concept has been that it is now sanctioned as a standard scheme globally for ASICS.

100 stores using our design worldwide, including the US, Brazil, Europe, China and Japan
